Residential lightning protection is where our company started. We've protected everything from bird houses to homes in excess of 65,000 square feet. We've designed a wide range of installations to meet the unique needs of our customers.

With lightning generating up to 100 million volts of electricity, strikes to unprotected homes can ignite roofs, sidewalls, and framing. Additionally, it can cause extensive damage to electrical systems and appliances.

Every residential lightning protection system must be specifically designed to provide air terminals at all locations vulnerable to a lightning strike, and all air terminals must provide multiple paths to an adequate grounding system. Consequently, each project will vary in scope from residence to residence.

Residential Service Territory

Our territory for surveying a residence is 100 miles from Dayton, Ohio or 50 miles from Columbus, Ohio and Zanesville, Ohio.

However, customers outside of this area who wish to obtain our services can do so by sending a sketch, pictures and/or a drawing of the residence to be protected. We will be happy to serve you.
